The Interview (part 1)

So this is life. I do the school thing for a part if my life then work for the rest. Of course there are barriers to entry from one phase to another. One of which being the job interview.

I personally think that interviews are bullshit. The employer can’t be sure about the persons skills until they start working and the prospect can’t be sure he/she will like the job until they’ve been working there.

Although I know that this is bullshit, this is the way it is. So… Wish me luck.

Oh, before I forget, please comment. I'd like to know your thoughts.

    You are too funny. However, you are right. I never quite understood the hiring process. It is not fair and I believe everyone deserves a chance to display their skill and ability. But then that is why people do internships.. for experience.

    I feel the same way. I feel like I am on an auction block, just waiting to get sold to the highest bidder. For what? to be let go due to downsizing or some ish like that…
