The Graduate

Before the long day of interviewing began, a partner of the company gave speech to all of the potential employees. As he began his speech in a self righteous “know it all” tone I began to drift off. Not that I don’t like listening to people talk about shit I could care less about… wait I don’t like that shit. So I drifted away into a day dream.

I started to think about how a relationship status change on MySpace from “in a relationship” to “single” could cause my EX-girlfriend to go ape shit on me. I kinda understand ’cause I guess it solidified the fact that we were no longer together. And I did it while we were arguing for the umpteenth time. Who would’ve thought that she’d check my status before the conversation was over (I didn’t).

He continued to talk about how to decide on which company to go with after graduation and how his company would be the best choice….blah, blah, blah… I began to drift off again…

I started to think about what I would change my status to on FaceBook… “Rey is a rolling stone who gathers no moss.” Wait is it moss or moth a rolling stone wouldn’t gather either. I don’t know I have to look that up.

BTW… I didn’t get the job and I’m kinda happy about that!
